WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $50.00!

All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post and Australia Post Express* 

*Australian orders received will be dispatched the next business day

ORDERING INFORMATION

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email, if one does not come through please check your junk mail or email cooking@aromaherbs.com.au 

A separate shipping email will be sent with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

DELIVERY

All Australian orders are sent Express via Australia Post and all International orders are sent Express via DHL.

*Australian orders will be dispatched the next business day via Express post.

*International orders will shop the next business day

Use the tracking number provided in the shipping email to track your parcel.
Your parcel can be tracked on either the Australia Post website (Australian orders) or the DHL website (orders outside of Australia)

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, please email cooking@aromaherbs.com.au

It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick up from your post office (or similar) if the parcel cannot be left at the address provided.

Your item/s will be carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive in sealed condition.
If your herb mixes arrive with a broken seal, please notify our team within 24 hours cooking@aromaherbs.com.au

 

If you purchased Aroma Herbs item from a stockist or other retailer, you will need to seek an exchange or refund from that stockist directly.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Any orders for Western Australia or locations outside of Australian metropolitan areas, please allow an additional 1-3 days post time. Delivery times are an estimate only and Aroma Herbs will not be held liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery (inclusive of Covid-19 delays).

A Click & Collect option is available at checkout.
Orders can only be collected from:

You will be notified when your order is ready to collect - please allow 1-2 days. 
To enquire if same day pick-up is available, please make your request in the notes section of your order at checkout or by calling the store on  

Orders can only be collected within trading hours.

7am - 5pm: Monday-Friday

7am - 1pm: Saturday

All prices listed on our site are charged in Australian dollars (AUD)

All International orders are sent via DHL Express

International orders over $150 AUD will be sent free of charge

All international orders are sent via DHL Express and normal expected delivery times (outside of Covid-19) are 2-3 days. Upon dispatch a tracking number will be emailed to you. The parcels can be tracked through the DHL website here

TAXES & DUTIES

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Aroma Herbs is not responsible for any delays. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Aroma Herbs has a no return policy.

If you wish to exchange your items for incorrectly ordered, this will be honored.
If the herb mixes are in sealed packaging, our customer will be able to exchange.

The postage cost to send back to the click and collect shop is at the cost of the customer. The postage cost to send out the items back to the customer will be covered by Aroma Herbs.
