Fragrant Quiche


  • 4 eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 3 tbs butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup self-raising flour

  • 1 Tbs Greek Herb Mix

  • 1 1/2 cups cheese grated –use yellow or white or mix your favourite cheese

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables

  • 2-4 slices smoked salmon finely cut up.


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

  2. Whisk together in a bowl: eggs, milk, butter, Aroma Herbs and flour.

  3. Fold in cheese and fillings.

  4. Pour into a 24cm quiche dish/ muffin tins/ or whichever baking bowls you want to use.

  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until set.

Serve hot with vegetables or cold with salad.
