Ingredients
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tbs butter, melted
1/2 cup self-raising flour
1 Tbs Greek Herb Mix
1 1/2 cups cheese grated –use yellow or white or mix your favourite cheese
1 cup mixed vegetables
2-4 slices smoked salmon finely cut up.
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Whisk together in a bowl: eggs, milk, butter, Aroma Herbs and flour.
Fold in cheese and fillings.
Pour into a 24cm quiche dish/ muffin tins/ or whichever baking bowls you want to use.
Bake for 40 minutes or until set.
Serve hot with vegetables or cold with salad.
